Find your model under Settings → About phone, or bring the phone with you if it will not switch on. Let us know about any previous repairs or liquid exposure.
Walk in during our opening hours. No appointment is required. We agree the repair and price with you before starting work. We do not charge for unsuccessful repairs.
Repair warranty and payment
Our 90-day warranty covers faulty replacement parts and workmanship. Accidental damage and other external damage are excluded. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Read our repair terms for details.
We accept cash and card and are not VAT registered. Specially ordered parts require a 50% deposit, credited towards the repair.
